I visited this dealership for a much needed repair for my vehicle, I left instead with a $2k bill. The service manager did not honor my request of letting me contact my insurance agent myself and filed a cl vehicle, I left instead with a $2k bill. The service manager did not honor my request of letting me contact my insurance agent myself and filed a claim, which then left me without my vehicle for almost 9 hours. Then today they have the nerve to send me a mailer for "services" that may be needed for my vehicle. To what, get more of my money! No, that was my first experience there and will be the absolute last. Even a first time customer no one should be subjected to people taking advantage of others.
