Mazda increased the price of repair after I declined additional services. The $139 service fee that was supposed to be applied toward the cost of repair was instead charged in addition to the repair. Also despite the fact that I did not consent to an oil and filter change, it was done anyway. (It had just been done days before.) Ultimately a manager agreed to apply the service fee to the cost of the repair but only after unrelated questioning about the reasons we don’t service the car at Mazda. She actually intimated that if we had a service record at the dealership, the charges would have been made more fairly. More

The dealership is nice and the have good Covid protocols. The person assisting me said he would get them to vacuum when I asked about a wash or detailing. They did not vacuum or wash. The clerk also said he would give me a write up a a report about an issue with my brakes. He also did not due that. It also took them 4 hours to do a routine 40,000mile service. More

Needed to have a key programmed. A young man named Ron, that I failed to get his last name , waited on me. Very nice n polite. Also took care of the recall for my car.
