Car was returned with low pressure warning light still lit. I noticed a gash in one of the tires and inquired...they said it was brought in that way and they notated it and took a picture...however failed lit. I noticed a gash in one of the tires and inquired...they said it was brought in that way and they notated it and took a picture...however failed to mention the issue to me in regard to the service and inspection and what needed to be addressed. If they knew about the issue and failed to address it...that is horrible service since you take a car for service to address issues that may need to be addressed. Or the issue is something that was a result of what they did. The following morning after they dropped off the car to me, without me having yet driven the car, one tire was completely flat. They rotated the tires during the service so not sure what else they did, but car came back in worse shape than when i brought it to them. Spoke with gentleman in the service department and his response was “we all make nistakes”! Really? More
