Jim Ellis is the worst Dealership ever! !!! We took our car to Jim Ellis to change the High mount brake light. They damaged the radiator , transmission , rear high mount brake light and 3rd !!! We took our car to Jim Ellis to change the High mount brake light. They damaged the radiator , transmission , rear high mount brake light and 3rd row seat headrest. They replaced the radiator ,the high mount brake light , they had to get the head rest repaired because it was no longer available. They refused to replace the transmission that they damaged. They refused to repair our 2012 Mazda CX 9 grand touring with only 90,000 miles which they damaged !!!!!!!! Now we have to buy a new car! After they damaged our car , the svc manager said they don't work on cars that are 11yrs old and over 150,000 ,what !!!!!!! More
