We were in need of a new car but this was the first time we were looking for something more than a Corolla in the past. I'm not a big fan of those typical sales guy types who don't give you time to think about the price or think about the car in general. Usually car salesmen feed you so much info so fast - you just want to relax and go about it at your own pace. There's always a feeling of pressure. My experience with Mike was nothing like before. I'm not the most experienced car buyer - I've only been with my father in the past 5 years to buy 2 cars and met over 15 salesman in the past. Mike was by far the best. Everything I stated above that I dislike - he was the complete opposite, he gave us space, let us take our time, didn't make us feel pressured, and let us control the sales process in a way. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
Great service experience I bought my Mazda six years ago from this dealership and I have gotten it service here every since. On my most recent service they needed to order the part and offered me a free loaner for a week. When I returned to pick my car up on Monday morning, they were unable to retrieve it because it was blocked by a car belonging to the sales department for which they were unable to locate the keys and the sales dept. didn't arrive until 9am. Pete Gallagher (Service Manager) offered me and my car pooler gift cards for breakfast to Chick-fil-A and Starbucks and told me to take the loaner and I could either pick my car up later that day after work or on tomorrow. I arrived the next day to find my car parked near the service department and fully detailed. I am truly appreciated Mr. Gallagher offers of goodwill for my inconvenience. More

Pete did an excellent job going over in detail each area of concern and assured me everything checked out fine. Therefore, Pete went above and beyond. Hilton also took time out from his sales responsibility to confirm with me that I was ok with my service. More

Great car and lots of value for the price. Most of all we were SOLD by the experience we had with our Sales Rep. Hilton Young. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to really explain the safety features, etc. He was not pushy at all and was a great balance of professional with a personal touch! We LOVE the car and Hilton is all kinds of AWESOME! More
