If there is any complaint, I wish I was informed more about the services to be performed AND if there is any alternative (waiting till next maintenance period, performing the same service elsewhere for $XX.XX, etc.). I can't help but feeling like I'm being taken advantage of when I have to pay hundreds of dollars for services that I can't compare prices with other alternatives. Also, the tire pressure light came on the day after the maintenance service, but ambient temperature did drop drastically overnight so I wouldn't hold that against the dealership. More

Customer Service and Wait Time Customer service is very good. However one waits too long to have a simple oil change done. I my case, a minimum of 2 hours each time I go for an oil Customer service is very good. However one waits too long to have a simple oil change done. I my case, a minimum of 2 hours each time I go for an oil change (5 times in the past 2.5 years). Also, it can be a bit frustrating calling in to schedule a service. 9 out of 10 times you get a voicemail, not a live person. Messages left are never returned. The dealership may want to improve that. More
Horrible. I bought my car in April of 2017. This is my 4th purchase from Jim Ellis Mazda. My parents also buy their cars there; they’ve bought 7. I was told w I bought my car in April of 2017. This is my 4th purchase from Jim Ellis Mazda. My parents also buy their cars there; they’ve bought 7. I was told when I bought the car that that it was a dealer loaner car. It had 10k mileage. I was told that the tires were new. I had a slow leak in the front tire and brought it in. The service department told me I needed 4 new tires. I’ve only put 16k on the car. I purchased the extended road warranty. I don’t see how I would need new tires with only 16k put on the car. Either the tires are defective or I was lied to when I bought it. To treat a long standing customer this way is horrible. I was told that the tires should have been rotated every 6 months, but with it needing all new tires, how is that true? More
