Overall Poor - DO NOT GO This all starts at 7am: I had to have my Mazda towed to the nearest dealership which is why I chose here. I called to notify the service center that This all starts at 7am: I had to have my Mazda towed to the nearest dealership which is why I chose here. I called to notify the service center that my car was being towed there and only received silence on the other end. I then asked if they needed any information or if they would be able to look at my car that day. He responded, "Well, we have other appointments. We'll call you when your car gets here." I said, 'Okay, thank you.' and hung up. I tried calling back 2 additional times in the next 8 hours and no one answered. I then had to go online to the chat system and ask for an update regarding my car as I had heard NOTHING. 5pm (2 hours after the chat) they called and told me what needed to be done and that they could do it tomorrow. They told me I needed tires badly and I declined as I had just had tires put on the car this year (they ended up NOT needing to be changed). They also had other repairs that needed to be done and I approved those. I had my husband drop me off at the dealership at 7am the next day so I could wait for my car while it was being repaired. I had to wait 20 minutes just to tell Eddie (the only guy working who was also nice) that was checking people in that I was there and would be waiting. There were 2 other individuals at the desk as well who didn't even acknowledge me while I waited. I ended up spending less than 1 minute talking to Eddie! 3 hours later I was ready to go and excited to check out. The lady who checked me out didn't know who I was at first and told me to sign some other person's papers. I told her who I was and told her that those were not my papers to which she huffed, rolled her eyes and then started yelling who is this, where are her keys, where is her paperwork, etc. An utter mess and poor customer service. I will NEVER go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone I ever encounter. Spare yourself the time and horrible customer service and go to Roswell instead. More

Marietta service department Took my mazda tribute to marietta service dept. April 11th for repairs covered bt extended warranty I had purchased. Service writer told me my a/c was Took my mazda tribute to marietta service dept. April 11th for repairs covered bt extended warranty I had purchased. Service writer told me my a/c was not covered by my warranty agreement. Eddie told me he was a veteran also and would take care of me. Said my compressor and other parts had to be replaced and cost would be around $1800.00 dollars. I told him I was on a fix budget, disabled vet and could not afford that cost. I drove my vehicle until July and got a second opinion, couldn't deal with the heat. Found a Honest mechanic told me it was a Schrader valve leaking. He replaced the little thing that looks like valve stem filled with freon and my total cost was $33.00 dollars. A/C has worked just fine no problems. Best this one doesn't reach the review board. I wouldn't let Mazda Marietta change the oil in my lawnmower. More

Fantastic experience Having been to a number of car dealerships, the thing I dislike the most is that the majority of them have that "car dealership" feel, a bit of pressu Having been to a number of car dealerships, the thing I dislike the most is that the majority of them have that "car dealership" feel, a bit of pressure, a bit of condescension, a tendency to fudge minor facts, and over complement when it seems like it might steer you toward a sale. This place was not like that. They were friendly and easy to work with and while freely stating that they hoped to sell you a car, did not push. The salesman, Mike Fresquez, knew the car and was able to answer any questions I had about it. He and the sales manager were able to get me a good deal on a great car and came across as helpful and honestly friendly throughout the process. I could actually have gotten a slightly better deal on a similar car at a different dealership. However I felt much more confident in this dealership, and so in the car I was buying here, that I felt it was worth a little extra for the peace of mind. More
