A positive experience This was a visit to address a safety recall. After I made an appointment, I received reminders on my email. My vehicle was taken to the service area This was a visit to address a safety recall. After I made an appointment, I received reminders on my email. My vehicle was taken to the service area promptly. I was escorted to the customer waiting area. The waiting area is spacious and offered several options (fresh coffee, hot water for tea, chilled carbonated beverages, juices and a variety of snacks). There was a large television with several seating choices, separated areas for readers, telephone conversations or pc users. The bathrooms were clean. During my wait, two employees greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The time to accomplish the repair was less than the estimate given when I made the appointment. After the repair was complete my vehicle was returned to a garage bay near a building exit. It was raining so I got into the vehicle without getting wet. The vehicle had also been washed after the repair. More

Best and easy process for purchasing a new car I personally had never had a Mazda or knew anyone close to me who has had one.
