Charged me for work I did not authorize If I could give zero stars, I would. On Jan 7, 2019, I went to Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta for an oil change. The service advisor, Jeremy, strongly If I could give zero stars, I would. On Jan 7, 2019, I went to Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta for an oil change. The service advisor, Jeremy, strongly recommended that I get a tire alignment that day as well and I consented. Instead of the oil change and tire alignment that I authorized, out of no where, Mazda replaced three of my tires and charged me for it. When I called to complain about the work that I did not consent to, I was given no remedy. They lied by saying that a tire alignment "usually" means getting new tires and acted like I should have known that. Completely shameful and deceptive. Now I have to pay for tires that I didn't want or need and didn't even get to choose. My car is less than three years old. There's no way I needed new tires already. Unbelievable. I will never in my entire life return to this fraudulent dealership or have anything to do with Mazda ever again. More
