Not happy Leased a new vehicle and turned in my old leased vehicle. Was instructed to cancel my ast two payments on my old lease as they were on auto pay as the Leased a new vehicle and turned in my old leased vehicle. Great Dealership and Service I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Mike Fresquez while looking to purchase what was originally a certified pre-owned Mazda 3. While te I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Mike Fresquez while looking to purchase what was originally a certified pre-owned Mazda 3. While test driving and talking through my wants with Mike, he was able to research and locate a new 2018 Mazda 3 at a nearby dealership in my preferred color combination with a higher trim and options packages than the original pre-owned vehicle I was interested in, all for a lower price! They were able to get it on the lot within a couple hours, and I happily purchased it. Needless to say, I was very happy with his diligence in finding the perfect car for me. I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend him and the rest of Jim Ellis Marietta to any friends looking for a new car! More
Excellent service provided I would have given 5 stars as ALMOST all the staff was attentive, courteous and professional, but one woman that handed me the copy of the sheet where I would have given 5 stars as ALMOST all the staff was attentive, courteous and professional, but one woman that handed me the copy of the sheet where the services performed were stated was very inattentive and dismissive. However, my interaction was minimal so I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, although at 8am in the morning is difficult to find oneself in such situation. Then again, since my interaction with this person was minimal I don't see any big of an issue for me to come back when my next service is required. More

Great service team I purchased a Chevy Equinox and within a few days had to get it serviced b/c one of the spark plugs went bad ( not their fault - probably would have e I purchased a Chevy Equinox and within a few days had to get it serviced b/c one of the spark plugs went bad ( not their fault - probably would have eventually happened).
