They kept me updated on my vehicle, what was going on, cracked belts, and why my check engine light came on (oxygen sensor went out), and they were honest with all urgent repairs and what I could wait on, and after being punctual with repair time, I picked up my car to see it had been washed and cleaned. Maintenance Service Review I was very pleased with the prompt, professional and timely service when I arrived at Jim Ellis Mazda for my scheduled maintenance. A service team mem I was very pleased with the prompt, professional and timely service when I arrived at Jim Ellis Mazda for my scheduled maintenance. A service team member, met me at the car when I pulled in start the service log. Doug Aldridge, then completed my service write-up, and escorted me to the service waiting area. He provided an estimated completion time, and saw that I was settled for my wait. My car was serviced and washed quickly, and I was out and on the road in less time than estimated. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the services, and interaction provided. Great job, great teamwork. More

That way exceeded my expectations. Awesome to not have to wait that long. More

Return trip because issue was not fixed first time This was my second trip to Jim Ellis. I was greated warmly and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was updated on the status of why it wasn’t fixed This was my second trip to Jim Ellis. I was greated warmly and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was updated on the status of why it wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and what they were going to do now. It was a very favorable appointment. Unfortunately when I got my car back it smelled like cigarette smoke. It took a full day of driving with the windows down to get the stench out of my vehicle. More

They also didn’t charge me as much as originally thought since it didn’t take them as long. More
