Recall of windshield wiper motor. The recall prompted a tire rotation, oil and filter changes, replacement of battery in keyless ignition switch. Excellent service! My car was subject to two recalls; one I knew about and one that had not been brought to my attention. Both were repaired; a total maintenance check o My car was subject to two recalls; one I knew about and one that had not been brought to my attention. Both were repaired; a total maintenance check of all systems was also performed, which gave me a tremendous sense of confidence. And ...Eddie remedied a "problem" with my spare key fob, by simply inserting the battery correctly 😂. I left with a safe, clean car - inside and out; and a tutorial on how to properly insert a battery into the fob - which tickled my friends. Thanks for everything! More

Took care of me and my car I had a part of the fender above the right rear tire come off on the highway after hitting debris. Joshua received my car and explained the length of I had a part of the fender above the right rear tire come off on the highway after hitting debris. Joshua received my car and explained the length of time it would take and what would be done. Not only did he get it fixed correctly, but it was also finished earlier than expected. I emailed Mr. Yaga 3 or 4 days later and presented what I thought was an issue with the car. The car drove everywhere else perfectly. I knew it had something to do with that hill , but I didn't know what. Mr Yago Luangraj had me to bring the car in and Josh Bender, Service Advisor explained to me exactly how that system worked. He was open to the questions I had about it and had me to work that electric break and get the feel of it. He treated me with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate him. Now I understand. More
