Getting Better Under previous service manager, seems like this dept could not get anything right. Always seemed to be overbooked, no coordination between parts and service depts. I avoided them for quite awhile for that reason. However, since new service manager took over about a year or so ago, it has shown noted improvement. Service writer Eddie Goines has always been a standout for this dept, if it wasn’t for him, I would have gone elsewhere for my CX-5 and 6’s service needs. Kudos to Eddie! Doug Aldridge has also been good to work with. Sales dept has been great to work with, deserves five stars, and is the reason why I keep coming back. Mike Fresquez could not have done a better job helping me find what I wanted at the price I wanted. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, he is the first one I will call.....this review has been primarily for the service dept......overall I would rate the sales dept 5 stars and service 3 stars, but improving. More

Four hours for a 45 minute cargo net install Went in to install a cargo net in my brand new Mazda 6. Was told when I made appointment that it would only take 45 minutes. I was there 4 hours! I wa Went in to install a cargo net in my brand new Mazda 6. Was told when I made appointment that it would only take 45 minutes. I was there 4 hours! I was there almost 2 before service advisor came out to tell me why delay: a hook was broken and they had to go warehouse for another, but then additional issues with putting in bolts for hooks in trunk. He did offer me a future free oil change but I said at this speed I wasn’t encouraged to come back for something I could done close to home in 30 min. Upon getting bill, service advisor did end up giving me net and touch-up paint I ordered free, but I had to ask for that which seemed a given after 4 hours. I doubt I return. Used to be better, but past two visits have not gone well. More
