He was kind, knowledgeable and put NO PRESSURE on us to buy a car. He was extremely nice and we enjoyed discussing our past military histories. Mike is a real asset to the dealership--too bad all car sales people aren't as kind and understanding to the customer. We give Mike 10 STARS for ratings. Harvey in sales contracts was also a pleasure to deal with--no extra pressure, just the facts. We've only had the car for 24 hours, but we love it! He even held the leash when I wanted to sit in the car. I had been looking online at Mazda CX-5 for quite a while, but had never had a look inside. I am very happy I chose to go to Jim Ellis and I could not be more pleased with the buying experience or the follow up call from Marion. I have a few questions and will stop in next week. Recall of windshield wiper motor. The recall prompted a tire rotation, oil and filter changes, replacement of battery in keyless ignition switch. All was done along with a car wash and The recall prompted a tire rotation, oil and filter changes, replacement of battery in keyless ignition switch. All was done along with a car wash and interior cleaning in 2+ hours. Doug kept me up to date and suggested an additional filter change with returned the interior air quality to fresh. The experience was consistent with what I’ve had over the last 30 years with four Mazdas. More
