Mike is a real asset to the dealership--too bad all car sales people aren't as kind and understanding to the customer. We give Mike 10 STARS for ratings. Recall of windshield wiper motor. The recall prompted a tire rotation, oil and filter changes, replacement of battery in keyless ignition switch. All was done along with a car wash and The recall prompted a tire rotation, oil and filter changes, replacement of battery in keyless ignition switch. All was done along with a car wash and interior cleaning in 2+ hours. Doug kept me up to date and suggested an additional filter change with returned the interior air quality to fresh. The experience was consistent with what I’ve had over the last 30 years with four Mazdas. More
