The upgrades to the new facility are much better than the previous facility. However, the same people work there, and at times it is hit or miss as to whether they’re friendly or not—especially in the servic previous facility. Additionally, wait times are more than 30 mins; and don’t expect a rental car instead you will get a complimentary Uber which is ineffective if you have other errands to run before your car is done being serviced.
