Paul gave us a test drive, Tos was the sales manager and Hilton finished our sale. I appreciated how low pressure Paul was during our test drive. Tos and Hilton helped me when I came back to get my trade-in appraised and ultimately bought the CX5. Hilton was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, taking time to show me every facet of the car and going through the manual with me in detail, highlighting portions he felt were important for me to read. As this was my first new car purchase, I really appreciated this attention to detail. Tos was a fierce negotiator but ultimately I think we both walked away satisfied with the agreement. Took my CX-9 in for a recall and received timely and courteous service. The area that I waited in was clean, and all employees that I saw and dealt with were wearing mask.
