We had an outstanding purchase experience at Jim Ellis Mazda! Our sales consultant Jazi was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She made the whole process as easy, pleasant and efficient as possible. She's the best! And similarly, the finance manager Miguel was informative and helpful without being pushy. No hard sell here, we were treated with respect from start to finish. After a long (hot) day, Jazi still was engaging and very patient as she synced our phones with the Infotainment System and reviewed the controls before we drove away in our new CX-5 Grand Touring. We basically knew going in that this was the vehicle we wanted but Jazi, Miguel and Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta made the whole buying process as straight-forward (no games including with pricing or add-ons), enjoyable and efficient as possible. I would like to of had a different color interior but because of the accident I had no wheels and was pretty desperate. It surprised me that my regular dealership didn’t call me back. They tried to take advantage of my wife and charge and perform services that where not needed. Alignment specifically. We had an alignment done less than 10k miles prior when we had new tires install perform services that where not needed. Alignment specifically. We had an alignment done less than 10k miles prior when we had new tires installed. They told us they took it off the bill only to have left it on the paperwork she signed when we dropped it off. This is the only dealer close to us but is extremely inconvenient as it’s over 20 miles away. I pass up three ford dealers before I get there. This will most likely be my last Mazda and last dealing with this location. On the way home she said the car seemed to be vibrating like something was out of balance and they want us to drive it back. The car was filthy when we picked it up. There is green paint on the drivers side mirror like they have hit something. We have been asking them for the past three oil changes to repair a faulty center console lid and every time we go to pick it up it is not done. This past service we dropped it off on the way out of town while towing my 32 foot travel trailer with my dually which was extremely inconvenient so they would finally have ample time to actually fix it. They told us that it is out of warranty and could get us a quote. Even though it has been asked for them to repair the past 20,000 miles! I will be calling Mazda customer service to make a formal complaint. For all these issues. I am working with my credit card to dispute the charges for the services we did not ask for as well. More
