July 30, 2020, I took in my just bought 2005 Mazda 6 for routine air bag recall service. This is my first Mazda. Because this was a used car, I asked for an extra key to be made. I waited over 2.5 hours for routine air bag recall service. This is my first Mazda. Because this was a used car, I asked for an extra key to be made. I waited over 2.5 hours for the recall repair to be completed to find that the driver’s side seats had two rips that were not there before. I alerted Doug. He alerted Rose Shuck who took pictures and promised to get back to me with a resolution. A week later, Ms. Shuck explained that all the vendor could do was to sew the rips on the present upholstery and this would take at least half a day. I had already spent 3 hours at the dealership for what should have been a routine recall repair. The prospect of spending 4 more hours was not in my schedule. This is not the kind of customer service that I would expect from a Mazda dealership. My suggestions to make up for this inconvenience: 1) Reimburse me for the key that was made or 2) Have the vendor come to my home to fix the problem. Please make this right. Thank you. More

First off, I haven’t been there in many years, seeing now that it’s across the street, the new facility looks awesome. Staff was very nice and friendly. Since no work was done, no charges were made. I should be able to repair this myself. But again, sweet facility!!! More
