Doug is awesome! He double checked to see that my repair was done correctly before letting me leave. He also showed me some other features I could use to upgrade my sound system. Their service is fine too but the same as before and also didn’t see much of Great service! I own Toyota SUV too and just went to their dealership. Their service is fine too but the same as before and also didn’t see much of change under this COVID pandemic in terms of hygiene. At Jim Ellis Mazda Hygiene level was better and communication with customer about the progress of service was definitely something I had never experienced. Great work. More
