The customer service is far beyond stellar!!! GO see them today!! Tell them Chef Erica sent you!! As a single female buying 100% alone, I wouldn't suggest anyone else! More
Unacceptable. Went to look at Stelvio. Could not test drive? Live in Alpharetta and a former Jim Ellis Audi customer (for reference...I am local). Called their Maserati/Alfa Romeo store on Tuesday, November 21st. First spoke to receptionist Krista as no brand specialist was available. I was in Doraville for work purposes and wanted to come to their dealership in Chamblee to look at a new Stelvio -and- test drive. Explained that I had a free hour to do so at 1:00 PM. Krista was pleasant and understood that I wanted to make the most efficient use of my time. A half hour before my visit, I called to confirm and spoke to brand specialist, Arthur. Explained (again) that I wanted to come to their dealership, look at -and- test drive a new Stelvio at 1:00 PM. Arrived at dealership. Arthur was nowhere to be found. Spoke to Dick though and looked at two Stelvio's. Test drive was mentioned by me (again) but for whatever reason, I was ignored. Dick was pleasant and knowledgeable with regards to the brand. They have 140+ Stelvio's in stock! Confused by all of this and hesitant to go back. More

A truly once in a lifetime experience with no comparisons!!! I have dealt with a myriad of salesmen selling cars in my 45 years of living. I have experienced every emotion caricatured by many of the bad tactics applied by shady dealerships. I am over the moon to say the great representatives of Jim Ellis Maserati, Alfa Romeo in Atlanta, Georgia have not only gained my business for life but restored my respect and faith in the process of procuring a vehicle. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Michael Cook greeted us, apologized for the 10-minute delay in getting to us, and immediately sought to understand what I wanted to see that day happen. There was no pressure and just as in any 5-star restaurant; service was seamless and appeared effortless but the hard work put into the experience was not lost on us. Michael's attention to detail is unparalleled; as we test drove the car he explained each nuance, feature, and what was occurring each moment. The car was amazing and I was thrilled but still wanted time to remove the emotion and return to logic. When I was ready I reached out to Michael and from that moment within a week I was in a car that I loved and intended on keeping for quite some time. Luke Marcotte in finance is an amazing guy as well. I usually "hate" the finance part but Luke is the consummate professional and explained each detail with cause and effect that helped me make the best long-term financial decisions. Kevin Dodt despite not even being involved in the purchase contributed to our great experience by assisting us with the tea/coffee dispenser and just being kind when he did not have to be. It is the little things that add to experiences. Another example is Mr. Dick Ivey just briefly confirming that we had just purchased a great car. Did I mention that they not only reviewed my new car's computer updates before we left and ordered a part to correct a quick fix? Michael spent over 40 minutes with me going over the key features of the vehicle after the purchase. He truly went beyond the call of duty. Saying I am appreciative of their efforts does not express my true sentiment. All I can say is thank you all for being the exception to the rule and rising above all the rest. You have gained a customer for life. More
