Robert in Service is amazing Getting your car serviced can be a stressful thing especially with the dealer that does not communicate well or provide good customer service. This is Getting your car serviced can be a stressful thing especially with the dealer that does not communicate well or provide good customer service. This is not the case with Robert. He is always very attentive to any needs that I have especially with timing and explains everything in detail so that I know exactly what's going on with my vehicle. Andrew who is the mechanic that works on my car has often taken time to explain the components that he's replacing and even entertained me and explaining how he does some of it. My interactions at this dealers service department have been nothing short of fantastic and I go out of my way to ensure that I'm only coming to see Robert and Andrew these guys are a true asset to the dealership and take the stress out of an otherwise stressful chore of car maintenance.
