Overall, pretty good. I tried the online "chat" on their website to make a service appointment. (I live nearly 100 miles from the dealership, and have terrible cell service I tried the online "chat" on their website to make a service appointment. (I live nearly 100 miles from the dealership, and have terrible cell service). Thought this would be a good way to make an appointment. WRONG!!! Ended up "chatting" with 3 different "cyber" employees...and still NO confirmation of my requested appointment time. This should have been a simple task to complete, ie schedule an appointment. Finally struggled through a call on my cell phone, (weak signal), and was able to schedule an appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment, Rachel took EXCELLENT care of me. I will deal directly with her for future visits. More
Turned my frown upside down I've NEVER had a bad experience at this dealership and we've been together four years through two purchases so thats saying something! My most recent visit was prompted by something very very simple that turned out to be a major time consuming inconvenience (no fault to these guys). But the moment I got to the dealership I was wrapped in Jim Ellis love and care. I was greeted immediately by the service team and my boo was wisked away to be serviced. I came for a simple tire replacement but my vehicle also had a part recall and I also decided to go ahead and get an oil change. Even though they had to get the tire from another location plus rotate all four, they were able to complete ALL my service work in about 2.5 hours! And they did it all without a single scratch to my newly painted wheels :) As long as Kia keeps making cars I like I wil be a customer of this dealership. 5 star service EVERY time! More
Turned bad day into a good day. I needed a new battery but they were out of the one that fit my car so they had to go get one while I waited. Long wait but they did keep me informed I needed a new battery but they were out of the one that fit my car so they had to go get one while I waited. Long wait but they did keep me informed what was going on. When they finally got the car fixed I was informed that since I had to wait so long the battery was free and I only had to pay for the labor. Nice. Thanks Jason. More
Good quality service & team! Upon arriving, I was greeted and taken care of immediately. I brought my laptop to keep myself busy as, usually, the service takes at least one hour. After the two hour mark, I went and tried to get an update as that seemed unusually long to wait. As I stood next to the service folks, I was asked if I needed anything and they were all very courteous and warm to try and get me assistance since I'd been waiting so long for an oil change, tire rotation, and a sensor inspection. Although I was there for a total of 3 hours, I felt like the service members cared and I received very good service for my vehicle. I give them 5 stars because all though it was a long wait, the people made up for it. More
Service department has improved but still substandard I’ve been dealing with Cobb County Kia for 6 years. I bought two cars here. Diane is always a pleasure to work with but the dealership did not deliver I’ve been dealing with Cobb County Kia for 6 years. I bought two cars here. Diane is always a pleasure to work with but the dealership did not deliver on fixing the negative issues from the previous service department’s flaws and lack off quality service. I’m surprised that a reputable brand like Jim Ellis tied its name to this company and inherited the company’s flaws. I gave the new management a chance but it appears that they still have a lot of work to do in the service department. More

I asked if Kia would keep my warranty in place if I had the oil changed and tires rotated at a non-Kia business near my home. I was told as long as Kia filters were used and I kept the receipts. More
