Summary of service I was told on the phone i had one recall. Get there and there are 3. I also wanted an oil change I had a coupon from when I purchased the car was told I was told on the phone i had one recall. Get there and there are 3. I also wanted an oil change I had a coupon from when I purchased the car was told now that it is Jim Ellis they wont honor the coupons anymore. I have only had my car a year and a half should be able to use my coupons. Made me want to start looking for another car with Carl Black never had this problem there. More
