Came in without appointment for oil change and tire rotation Came in without appt. and was put into express service, only waited 1 hour for work to be completed, and got a free car wash on top of it. New engine Lavar was really instrumental in me getting my 2012 soul fixed.This process took over three months and he along with mechanic john did oil consumption Lavar was really instrumental in me getting my 2012 soul fixed.This process took over three months and he along with mechanic john did oil consumption test and forwrded to kia Corp to finalize decision.Overall the process was a bit drawn out however the end result was worth the wait,thanks Lavar you and kia of jim ellis are wonderful. Horrible Customer Service I received a call letting me know there was a recall on the minivans motorized doors. I explained that I could bring the van in, however, I have a bab I received a call letting me know there was a recall on the minivans motorized doors. I explained that I could bring the van in, however, I have a baby so I couldn't wait forever. The man assured me that it would take an hour at the most. I bring the van in at my scheduled time of 2pm and another man in the service department tells me it will be around two and a half hours before they will be finished. I explain what the man told me on the phone prior, and that I could not wait there that long with a baby (I also had to pick up my other child). He asks me if I can wait an hour and a half.....I agree. Anyone who's ever had children knows how much fun waiting that long is with a 3 month old. Anyway, after an hour and a half I go check on the progress, just to be told that they hadn't started working on it. I asked if I could leave the van and they told me they were out of loaner vehicles. So, after all of this, I literally sat there for an hour and a half with a 3 month old for literally nothing. I will never use this dealership again, and the customer service within the service department is pathetic. More
