Diana took care of me - met me when I pulled in, and it was my second time with her as my service person I was able to make a 'next day' appointment. First Major Service I took my car in for its first major service and mentioned that I had a wobble on my right hand side wheel (suspected warped rotar) also tire kept goi I took my car in for its first major service and mentioned that I had a wobble on my right hand side wheel (suspected warped rotar) also tire kept going down. My service tech lavar was brilliant, he went above and beyond and got both front rotars changed and the tire that was plugged by Cobb County Kia on its first oil changed was replaced with a brand new one. My Kia is now running like a dream. More

I have had the car for 3 years and gas mileage has been very consistent. 6 weeks ago it dropped 5-7 mpg. No codes show up on the computer when they plug it in so their answer is nothing is wrong with the car. I am stuck with a hybrid that gets worse mileage than my wife's car which is the exact same year/model but not a hybrid More
