Only comment...Leanne and I planned for car to be washed and it was hand written on the ticket. Couldn't tell it was done. No big deal ...just is a courtesy I have become accustomed to in my previous experiences with Cobb County Kia since I bought my Kia Sorento in 2016. Appreciated the snacks and comfortable waiting room. While I was there, I specifically noticed how professional and courteous all staff were to everyone there. All customers were kept informed of status of work on vehicles, courtesy van was offered to all that asked and check outs were prompt and efficient. Thank you all. :-) More

Management determined to make it a good experience I had some issues with them not ordering the part I needed for my scheduled appointment so after a wasted trip out there I was very frustrated. Beamer a call and he was very proactive. He called me multiple times until he got a hold of me and scheduled another appointment after ensuring the part had been delivered. He gave me a loaner car to use until my car was ready to be picked up. Jason did the service appointment and he was great too. What started out as a negative experience was quickly fixed and made a good one. More
