Outstanding Service I called the dealership, since I had recently moved to the area. I was greeted very politely by Diana over the phone and she gave me instructions on I called the dealership, since I had recently moved to the area. I was greeted very politely by Diana over the phone and she gave me instructions on how to get there. She even waited for me at the entrance. I was able to make an appointment the same Saturday I called. The service to my car was quick and I was out and done within the hour. Thanks to Diana for her excellent service. Review After Service Done on 8/18/2018 I was approached by Robbie in the waiting room and he stated that the Cabin Air Filter is dirty and it needs to be replaced. I told him that it shoul I was approached by Robbie in the waiting room and he stated that the Cabin Air Filter is dirty and it needs to be replaced. I told him that it should not be dirty as I just replaced it last month (July 2, 2018 to be exact). I guess they should check it first before making an assumption. Also, when I opened the hood, there was a string of foam pulling toward the engine fan. I had to shut the engine off to pull out the foam as it about to get caught in the engine fan. I am not sure what was the significance of that foam, but look likes it came loose from somewhere. Other than that, my Sorento runs fine at this time. More
