Lavar cane up to me and told me that LeeAnne will be in an a minute, but he will start the order for me, under Lee Anne name, when I got back to pick up my car, The person who had my keys walked the customer b4 me out to their car, so Lavar said that I didn’t have to wait for him, since my car had no cost to me, software update. He got me my car and walked me to my car. What a great employee you have you really care about the customer and a great team player to help of coworker, instead of having me wait. Very impressed with Lavar. More

Long wait but friendly service I had my car brought in because it had a bad battery (didn't know that at the time). I was able to come in without an appointment and they did their best to take care of me. I was there for several hours, but they did get me a loaner car so I could run errands that were needed. Lavar was truly impressive from the moment I walked in. I got a friendly greeting, felt like he was really taking care of me. I also saw him do the same with many others that came in. He was a shining star! More

However, it was very disappointing on their interpretation of the 10year/100,000mile POWERTRAIN warr Yes, the department was able to fix the problem. However, it was very disappointing on their interpretation of the 10year/100,000mile POWERTRAIN warranty. My Optima Hybrid suddenly stopped working and the culprit was a safety disconnect fuse in the POWERTRAIN, yet it is not covered under the 10yr/100000mile POWERTRAIN warranty. And to add insult to this $400 repair, they just wanted to argue with me about the fact that it was not covered. Definitely shed light on their attitudes to service. I will not be bringing either of my two KIAs back to this service department and quite frankly, I will probably never buy another KIA due to how upset they made me over this $400 repair. Way to look out for customer loyalty. More
