I had a lot of work to be done on my Sorento, I had the best experience at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. My service manager, Jason Dale was exceptional. I had a lot of work to be done on my Sorento, and Jason ensured whatever recall items that needed to be done were taken care of, which included 2 of my service items. Jason checked on me regularly and provided updates, and even offered to buy me lunch. I have multiple Kia’s and will definitely be taking them both there going forward. More
