They make customers comfortable and try almost everything they can do in order to please customers. The facility is clean and accommodating. When it comes to going the extra mile to make long-time Kia owners happy to the point that they would return an purchase another Kia product then they fall short, in my opinion. Everything else they do perfectly. I was just unhappy with their determination of "normal wear and tear" on an item that I feel is of very poor quality. This reflects poorly on the Kia brand and will definitely influence my future decision on purchasing Kia products. More
