When it comes to going the extra mile to make long-time Kia owners happy to the point that they would return an purchase another Kia product then they fall short, in my opinion. Everything else they do perfectly. I was just unhappy with their determination of "normal wear and tear" on an item that I feel is of very poor quality. This reflects poorly on the Kia brand and will definitely influence my future decision on purchasing Kia products. More
