Great seevice I came in for a recall on my Sorento. They informed me it could take 3 hours to get it finished. I explained that I had to be out of there by 1pm due I came in for a recall on my Sorento. They informed me it could take 3 hours to get it finished. I explained that I had to be out of there by 1pm due to a Dr's appointment across town, it was 10am at this time. They promised that they would. They were so kind, they got me out by noon. I cant say enough about the service team, they do really care about you. Thanks again More

Robbie Brooks-awesome Service Advisor!! Robbie Brooks is an awesome service advisor!! He does a great job of being sure our Kia is up to date on the services needed. When a tech says he/she Robbie Brooks is an awesome service advisor!! He does a great job of being sure our Kia is up to date on the services needed. When a tech says he/she recommends something, Robbie goes over in detail what it is and why it should be done and if it needs to be done now or can wait until another time. He makes sure to check for recalls. Robbie keeps me advised of the status of the car. I primarily use this Kia dealership for service because of Robbie. He has been an advisor here for a long time and that is important to me. Also, there is a new young gentleman, Chris, who was driving the shuttle. He was so pleasant, polite, and professional. More

Doubtful I will return I booked an appointment 5 days in advance, to replace a wheel sensor, it took 7 hours, because they needed authorization from Kia to replace and alrea I booked an appointment 5 days in advance, to replace a wheel sensor, it took 7 hours, because they needed authorization from Kia to replace and already recalled part. Why was this authorization not completed before I arrived? There is no reason a customer should have to wait 6 hours, for work that was completed in 1 hour. Jim Ellis does not put the customer first. I don't know who dropped the ball on this, but it should be addressed. I would love to speak with the service and/or general manager. More
