I really appreciate that. Disloyal to Loyal Kia Customers We own more than one Driving School as a family business and bought a car for our Driver Education Students here. I was denied Service on an extended warranty and was given the number to Corporate who tried to contact this company for over a month with no return call. This is just way too much to go into detail but I definitely would not referred anyone else to this dealership and won't be buying any more cars here for our Schools. I will be taking our business elsewhere.....This company was way more concerned about me trading in and buying a new vehicle than helping me solve the problem with my 2013 Kia Sorento. I brought my car in at 7:30 because my check engine light was on - I was the 2nd person there and waited in the My service tech is always wonderful. I brought my car in at 7:30 because my check engine light was on - I was the 2nd person there and waited in the lobby. I did not hear anything until 9:30. I would have expected someone would have at least looked at my car BEFORE 2 hours to determine the problem. Said prob was a leak in gas cap. Had to pay almost $175 to replace - I could pay $15 at autozone to replace it myself with free diagnostic! The only reason I continue to return is that I trust Diana with my car and she treats me with respect and is honest every time I am there (which is too often - lol). More
