Too long of wait when I took time to make an appointment I made an appointment for 11:00 the prior week to get new tires. I did not get my caruntil 3:10. What was the sense of making the appointment? I also heard other customers thanking them for squeezing them in. I was late for an appointment as result. At one point I asked how much longer I was told 20 minutes. I got my car 60 minutes from the time. When they got me and I paid they could not find my keys which was another delay. They asked if I wanted a car wash I said no. However I found my antenna topper missing so someone either took it off or it got knocked off in the car wash More

Thanks Dianna:) No fault of Dianna, it takes far to long to sign in even with an appointment - the last 3 visits -all in the last month it has taken a hour each time to. 1st visit I had to replace 2 tires and a wheel due to a pot hole I hit, I was charged for tire disposal and I too 1 of the tires with me. this was the day you started a new system and the team to help with new system, would walk away while Diana still had questions. I showed a $10 fee on the bill that i do not understand. 2nd visit was to replace the wheel which had to be ordered, again took an hour to sign in. 3rd visit was this past week, again a $4 dollar charge I do not understand and took almost an hour to sign in. This time the tires replaced have some sort of gunk all over them on the tire walls that i will need to scrub to get off and they did not replace the same colored tire cap. This survey did not show a place besides in the review I could say any of this. I hope the next visit the sign in process has been streamlined and back to the average of a 10 minute sign in. On time and courteous I took my car in for AC repair. Let me just say I also took it to another Kia dealership (Atlanta West Kia) who didn't want to correctly repair my veh I took my car in for AC repair. Best experience yet I have been coming here for a few years and now it just feels like it's a more positive vibe. I pulled in the bay area place and a new guy walked up t I have been coming here for a few years and now it just feels like it's a more positive vibe. Its normally "Do you have an appointment " I did this time and it didnt seem to matter the man that I later found out from the service person was the new manager actually made me feel welcome. Not a typical Kia owner I’ve known the service manager Chris Ford since he was at Curry Honda. I’ve followed him to Kia (Although I don’t drive a Kia) because of one reason. I’ve known the service manager Chris Ford since he was at Curry Honda. I’ve followed him to Kia (Although I don’t drive a Kia) because of one reason... he does what he says when he said he’d do it.
