Tania was courteous, friendly and most importantly went above and beyond to make sure necessary parts were ordered, confirmed received and to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The new manager had promised to call us everyday with an update , we never heard from him again until the day they called us about the car being done. They had our car for 45 days. More

Restored my faith in a product I have to do a shout out to my service advisor Tania. She is the epitome of what a professional should be. My Kia has some issues that required me to I have to do a shout out to my service advisor Tania. She is the epitome of what a professional should be. My Kia has some issues that required me to take off work... drive 75 mins (one way) to Kennasaw to get it looked at. Now anyone could have hooked up a machine and done a superficial diagnoses of the problem. However, these is where she stood out to me. She saw what the error codes were telling her but she knew her product and showed an advance level of knowledge of her field bc she didn’t just accept the answer that a computer spit out. She thought through the problem and recalled a similar situation previously where a totally different part of the car caused an unrelated sensor to malfunction. She investigated her hunch and discovered that she was right. Now if she would have done the bare minimal and simply changed out the part the computer told her that was needed... my car still wouldn’t be fixed and I would have been even more frustrated than I already was because I would have spent a lot of money to fix something that wasn’t the problem. But here is why a professional is so valuable... they see past the surface. They have the experience and the knowledge to look at the big picture. They are not just responsive. They analyze and assess based on what they’ve personally experienced. They don’t just provide a solution... they give you the BEST possible solution. This is the very reason why I’m willing to drive so far to have my car looked at and not settle with a local mechanic. She went the extra mile not only because of her ability to troubleshoot but also bc of the customer service she provided throughout a very long day. She didn’t have to cater to me because she established a level of trust right off the bat that told me I was in good hands. She not only ensured that my car got fixed correctly... she respected my time enough to get me out the door and on to my next appointment. A professional is not only someone that does their job... that’s the definition of an employee. A professional is someone that can take a disgruntled customer and help restore their faith in a product. These people are so valuable and rarely appreciated. Jim Ellis Kia has a real treasure in her and I wish that level of service could be found in more places! More

I came in just wanting an oil change and they quickly noticed there was a nail in my tire, and Jim Ellis Kia did an amazing job working on my vehicle. I came in just wanting an oil change and they quickly noticed there was a nail in my tire, and that they were all almost at the end of their use. I left with the oil change and 4 brand new tires for a very fair price. More
