Very long My experience wasn't very great. I had an appointment at 10am for what I thought was a faulty starter. I didn't hear from anyone until 2pm when I call My experience wasn't very great. I had an appointment at 10am for what I thought was a faulty starter. I didn't hear from anyone until 2pm when I called to check on my car. No one could give me an answer about what was going on with my car and I was instructed to call back at 3pm. I called back at 3pm and was told what was actually wrong with my car, it turned out to be a dead battery and bad serpentine belt, and that they needed to check if the parts were in stock and they would call me right back. I didn't hear anything until I called them at 5:45pm. At this point I was told that no work had been done on my car but it was "next in line." My ordeal finally ended at 6:40pm when they called and said the work on my car was finished. More

KIA need to step up theirs game for their dealerships My Kia Sorrento was recently in the shop for eight weeks waiting on parts from Korea. This is completely unsatisfactory. Luckily my dealership took ca My Kia Sorrento was recently in the shop for eight weeks waiting on parts from Korea. This is completely unsatisfactory. Luckily my dealership took care of me and arranged for me to have a vehicle the entire time. I have no idea why it would take Kia so long to get parts from Korea to North America. Talk about the slow boat from China. Totally unsat. Makes me rethink buying a fifth Kia. Probably will not be doing that. More
