Scheduling date error The person who assisted with my service appt initially made an error in the date. When I arrived everyone gave me the deer in the headlights look but The person who assisted with my service appt initially made an error in the date. When I arrived everyone gave me the deer in the headlights look but still was able to get me in for service. Took a little too long to write it up as My ride to lunch was waiting. Mark was good to communicate with me and all was good. When I picked up the car the tires were covered in something white and they did not even ask or replace the two valve stem covers. When I asked the young man he said I could bring it back as it was to cold to wash the tires. These are minor details as the tires got replaced and the other services completed. This was my first service visit so it was just a little hassle no big ones. More

Scheduled Maintenance I had initially only scheduled an oil change at 10am, but once there Jason took the time to explain additional maintenance that is done at the mileage I had initially only scheduled an oil change at 10am, but once there Jason took the time to explain additional maintenance that is done at the mileage my car was at and why it was important. He also listened to my concerns about my car's headlights (one brighter than the other and how I had previously asked for it to be looked at and had it dismissed back when it was Cobb County Kia) He made sure the techs really looked into and actually addressed the concern. I decided to go with a couple additional services. I didn't get my car until 2:30ish, but I'm ok with that. It was Saturday and they took the time to perform the services and look into the two issues I pointed out. I'd also like to point out that the cashier is super friendly and a pleasure to speak with! I wish I could've gotten her name! More

10 am appt left at 3:16 The gentleman that first took my car didn’t give good instructions so I sat for an hour 1/2 before anyone touched my car. Then she connected me with Tracy McFadden, who further explained how to use my phone GPS with the Android Auto System. Tracy was very patient while I practice. This is the reason I return to Kia of Kennasaw and have purchased 2 vehicles from this location! More
