Took 3 tries to get my car fixed. Spent about 1k for probably a 100 dollar fix, hopefully the issue doesn’t come back. I’m willingly to give the service department another try but very disappointed in what happened and the multiple trips and time that had to be spent to take care of this issue. More

My experience when it comes to the service department at this location is absolutely terrible. It started over three or four weeks ago when my Kia stinger had a recall. I called to make the appointment and this location is absolutely terrible. It started over three or four weeks ago when my Kia stinger had a recall. I called to make the appointment and set it up online and even asked the person if they have the part to complete this and they said yes. Then I drop my vehicle off leave it for eight hours only to get called at the end of the day saying “hey sorry we don’t have the part we’re gonna have to order it bring it in next week.”. so then the next week comes I take the vehicle and it gets installed. I picked it up put it in my garage and went out of town. When I got back I realized that the windshield wiper had been broken or messed up and did not cover the window anymore also that my vehicle started overheating for no reason. I schedule another appointment to address this issue at 9:30 in the morning then I drop it off and at 3o’clock get a phone call saying that it’s not in yet and there’s no guarantee they can look at it. I asked to speak to a service manager and I’m told that he would not be available until Monday so yet again I will go pick up this car without it being repaired or without anyone in management speaking to me. I purchased this vehicle brand new due to the fact that I heard Kia was amazing and had a wonderful warranty. Just even the fact of what has happened so far and that my vehicle is overheating since they worked on it and that my wiper is busted you would think someone in management would be apologetic and have a level of urgency in resolving this issue. Although they have not told me that they will not pay for it yet they’re trying to charge me a diagnostic fee just to look at it which makes no sense when it’s some thing that they caused. I will update this reading and add notes once it’s complete. I hope they do the right thing. I will say everyone there is very friendly there just seems to be a lack of leadership presence and the mindset just to make things right with customers. It’s more of a just get in line maybe we can help you sorry we’re busy type environment. If they do not repair my car I will never buy another Kia from this establishment ever again. More
