I've been taking my 2016 Kia to them for almost 2 years. Waiting time is high, with or without appointment, with and without covid. A guy answered, no name provided and told me system is down, and he won't be able to charge me, because there is a charge to look at it (of course, I don't expect them to do it for free). Told me go to AutoZone and "get a new bulb, almost sure that's all is needed". There are people like me that don't do DIY on cars, I'll be changing to another service provider. More
Although a misunderstanding occurred, both the service manager and service representative worked diligently to solve the problem. Mikey in the service department was great! He assisted with two recent service calls, met me at the service door, provided great customer service and let me know the mechanics were able to repair my exis with two recent service calls, met me at the service door, provided great customer service and let me know the mechanics were able to repair my existing wind shield wipers and also replaced a tire that had a nail. He called both times and let me know my car was ready in the time window he advised. More
