I had an issue with the engine in my 2014 optima, they paid for a rental for me to drive for a week while they got the new engine shipped and installed. All I had to do was get the car to them and pick it paid for a rental for me to drive for a week while they got the new engine shipped and installed. I am pleased with the service i receive. It does seem that I can expect to pay anywhere from $400 up every time i visit, no matter how small the issue. The service department has gotten better with the additions of Camille, Jason, and Diana. I was able to get a loaner yesterday which helped a lot. I would suggest a little common sense regarding the rule of filling the tank back up. I only traveled about 25 miles tops, and it took almost that many miles to find a convenient gas station to refill the 1.5 gallons I used up. More
