Very efficient! Lavar was extremely caring and helpful to me! The wait was scheduled to take 2-3 hours. He provided a Lyft ride so I didn’t have to sit around while I waited. The sales experience was great! wasn't real happy about a piece coming off the handle first day, but , stuff happens. Had a mis-communication with service dept, but Diane fixed the situation and my wife w a piece coming off the handle first day, but , stuff happens. I always have a great experience at Jim Ellis Kia Service Center. Lavar Fredrick is amazing and is always so helpful, has a wonderful attitude and answers all my many questions. On this particular visit, th Center. Lavar Fredrick is amazing and is always so helpful, has a wonderful attitude and answers all my many questions. On this particular visit, there was some unexpected additional repairs to replace tires. I was a little distressed about that and the cost of replacement but Lavar sat down with me and worked with me to see which tires needed immediate replacement and immediately scheduled my Kia for the following week for the remaining two. More
