Diana was great and very helpful. But your checking process needs work. 12 cars showing up at 7:30 with two people to get them in is ridiculous. Once they are there, it’s too late. That would be common sense. I was offered a wash and vacuum. It was Not done. It was sent back in and the guy half-assed the wash and vacuum. 5 extra minutes would have been great customer service. But it appeared that you don’t really give a xxxx. More
When appointments are made the customer needs to be informed of what service they need before they come in instead of asking the customer. I had an 11:30a appt. I got there and waited for over 45min. After finally having my car checked in. I waited for over 48hrs for an AC diagnostic. When I finally arrived...I still had to wait. Ms Dia 45min. After finally having my car checked in. I waited for over 48hrs for an AC diagnostic. When I finally arrived...I still had to wait. Ms Diana was running all around (talking about everything but my car) trying to locate my car details. I was then told that my car needed a part "only one existed and it was in California". I couldn't believe I had to wait that long AGAIN. I spoke with Service Manager once I arrived. I explained to him what happened. He apologized and waived the diagnostic fee. I was so disappointed. I had to wait a month just to make the appt. I mentioned to Manager that I usually go to Ed Voyles and was hoping for a better service experience. I literally, left your shop and went straight to Nalley Galleria and bought a Lexus. I would've purchased a car from Jim Ellis had my experience been different. More
