Worst experience I’ve ever had. Jahvon never called or contacted me in the over two weeks KIA had my car. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one was available to talk and Jahvon never called or contacted me in the over two weeks KIA had my car. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one was available to talk and no one called me back. I called and left the service director a message, and they also did not call me back. I finally had to go back to the dealer in person to pick back up my car because I needed it. When I picked it up, I found they did not even look at my car in the two weeks they had it. It was a total waste of my time and I would appreciate a call back for a explanation of what happened. More

From the time you get there, the people are very pleasant. There is a very nice place to sit while wait for your car to be serviced and snacks. As soon as I pulled up to the service door the Customer Service was excellent. Once inside the gentleman explained what I needed to do and once inside with the service writer she explained what they were g Service was excellent. My car was towed to your dealership, I have a Kia soul 2018. I have been having numerous problems for a year and a half with this vehicle. The same thing keeps happening, so a couple of different places t 2018. I have been having numerous problems for a year and a half with this vehicle. The same thing keeps happening, so a couple of different places told me I needed a new motor. So I talked to representative at Kia and they told me I need to take it to a dealership and have it looked at, and they would let them know if I need a new motor or not. This vehicle is part of the recall. After they got my car I contacted them and told about my car. They said they would have someone contact me, the next morning I had someone contact me and told me that it would take him to 3 -5 days to look over it and he would get back to me. Two days later I got a message on my phone stating that I needed a new battery which would cost $275 before they could do anything with my car. I live an hour and a half away so I had my brother who lives in kennesaw, call and talk to them on my behalf. They were rude, so my brother contacted the general manager and other people to get someone to give him a call back about my car. NO ONE CALLED HIM BACK!! Nor did anyone call me, so we got in touch with Ed Voyles Kia, and had it towed there. Ed Voyles charged my battery and is now actively working on it! But when my brother suggested that they try to charge my battery at Jim Ellis they said they would not, then I would have to buy a new battery for $275. This is why your dealership has a 2.5 star rating! I will NEVER be back there!!! More
