I have had a wonderful experience with Joshua White and the rest of the staff at Cobb County Kia. They were very helpful, understanding, and friendly. They made sure that all of my needs were met and that the rest of the staff at Cobb County Kia. They were very helpful, understanding, and friendly. They made sure that all of my needs were met and that I was satisfied with my new Kia. They are also always available to answer my questions about my new purchase. I worked with Joshua White directly, and he was very informative, patient, and attentive to me and my vehicle needs. I have already recommended him and Cobb County Kia to several friends, since I had such a positive experience on my very first new car purchase. I love my new Kia Soul!!! More

Working with Cobb County Kia is by far the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. From the start, when my wife and I walked on to the lot, we encountered nothing but lies. The experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. From the start, when my wife and I walked on to the lot, we encountered nothing but lies. The salesman, Jason Courie, was downright incompetent. The car we inquired about from an online ad, didn't match the features described. So after walking the lot and looking at all the options, the dealer told us they were able to find us the car of our dreams out of state. So we agreed to purchase a vehicle that matched all of our options- an SX Sorento with the panoramic sunroof and navigation system. Chris Turner, Sales Manager, was able to locate our dream vehicle in South Carolina. So we finalized the deal, agreed to a price and walked away somewhat hesitant purchasing a car we weren't able to see, but excited about our new purchase. When we returned to pick up the new vehicle, the drama and lies continued. The VIN numbers didn't match the purchase order and the features didn't match what we agreed upon (it was missing the sunroof). It was shocking to me that the salesman, Jason, was trying to get me to drive off the lot with the wrong car. After, walking into the sales showroom and talking with the manager on duty, Greg Bell, I was assured this was a simple error and it would be fixed. After Greg did some research he was shocked to find out the salesperson and sales manager, Chris, sold me a vehicle with the wrong features. On top of that, Jason had driven to South Carolina and picked up a vehicle with the wrong VIN number. In an effort to show some good faith, I gave Greg a day to see if he could find the correct car to rectify the deal. After giving him six hours and getting no response, I called to check in on the situation. He told me he was working on a deal to get me the car and needed some additional time. Some four hours later, I called him to follow up only to find out that he had gone home for the day. The entire time, I was attempting to get the General Manager (GM), Elvis Pressly, on the phone so that we could discuss the issues. I attempted multiple times to contact the GM, left a message every time and not once did he call me back. After consulting a lawyer, we wrote a letter requesting the cancellation of our sales agreement and presented it to the GM. Without reading the letter, Elvis, signed the letter and simply passed it back at us without any apology on behalf of his staff or the dealership. I am shocked and appalled that this dealership is in business and presents itself as the number one volume Kia dealer in Georgia. I would never recommend that anyone work with this dealership; despite the appearance, their deals are never worth your time or effort. I REPEAT I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH JASON, CHRIS, OR ELVIS. Save yourself some time, and deal with a reputable local dealer. Check the Better Business Bureau rankings and you will find Cobb County Kia has an F. The reviews don't lie, you will save yourself some headaches by not wasting your time. After this experience, I was able to purchase the Sorento of my dreams at Ed Voyles, issue and hassle free. More
I purchased a new car and they had to go pick it up from another dealer. They called me on a Friday and said it was in. I drove the thirty miles to get there and my salesman was out on a test drive. they ca another dealer. They called me on a Friday and said it was in. I drove the thirty miles to get there and my salesman was out on a test drive. they called him and he texted me that he was back at the dealership (but he wasn't). I waited twenty minutes for him and finally left. No one knew where the car was. They then called me later that afternoon and said they couldn't sell it to me yet because they forgot to get the paper work. Monday I kept calling and told them finally that the deal was off unless they had the paperwork there by 4:00. They called right at 4:00 and I went to get the car. They assigned me a different sales person for the rest of the deal. I noticed that they had put a front license plate on it which I hated and there was a big chip in the paint. They said they would order plugs for the plate holes and call me within a day or two and have a loaner for me while they sent the car to the body shop. Neither of these ever happened. They also wrote me three certificates for oil changes, but sent these to Atlanta with the deal? After the temp tag expired, I went by to get it extended and they said they don't do that anymore and you just go by the tag office to get your tag. The tag office told me the dealer should have still sent me something to let me know the tag was there. I ended up getting my $20 tag fee mailed back to me by Kia. Then I scheduled my first oil change online and it said a service manager will get back to you. This never happened either. This is where I am at now and I love the car but will never purchase from this dealership again. More
We were looking for a used car for my son. This would have been his 1st vehicle. We started looking at used cars when our salesman suggested a new car for the prices we were considering. There was abso have been his 1st vehicle. We started looking at used cars when our salesman suggested a new car for the prices we were considering. There was absolutely no price negotiating as our salesman quoted us a price he could get us on a new 2012 Kia Optima. Based on what we were told on price, we test drove the Optima. My son fell in love with it and we were prepared to purchase it. We filled out all of he necessary credit check paperwork and all was proceeding well until we were approached by our salesman with an adjusted price quote of approximately $1500 more than what we were previously quoted. I explained that this was not the price we were quoted and the salesman left stating he would see what he could do. At that point, we were approached by the apparent Sales Manager who informed us there was no way we could get that price originally quoted. I explained to this gentleman that we did not negotiate that price and we were not going to play the back and forth price bickering game. We would have never wasted their time or ours with a test drive but again, it was their salesman who told us what price he could get us on the new 2012 Kia Optima. We were in no way trying to play hardball and negotiate a lower price. We just wanted the price we were quoted. The Sales Manager could have cared less as he would not honor the price. We got up and left very disappointed and upset on the blatant lie we were told. The dealership had all of our contact information but did not feel the need to reach out to us to try to make this right. If car salesmen wonder why they are so distrusted, here is a prime example to consider. Beware when dealing with this dealership. More

Use caution when buying a vehicle from them. When I went to buy my Soul from them I told them what I could afford and the manager over my sales lady came to me shook my hand and told me I had the car, but w to buy my Soul from them I told them what I could afford and the manager over my sales lady came to me shook my hand and told me I had the car, but when I went into the finance office the figure was significantly higher than I asked for and we had to negotiate all over again. They did give me a better interest rate later and gave me a good price on the car. More
My past experiences with Car Dealerships have been very unsatisfying. The last time I went to buy a car I ended up just walking out on the car salesman and staff. However, Cobb County Kia was a pleasant an unsatisfying. The last time I went to buy a car I ended up just walking out on the car salesman and staff. However, Cobb County Kia was a pleasant and professional experience! Jeramie Elston was fantastic! Very polite, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and I already have sent many referrals to him. People get excited when they're buying a new car and it should be a great experience and Cobb County Kia is the place to go for this experience! Thank you Jeramie and Chris for everything, I love my new Kia! Kathy Dault More
I purchased my first Kia Sorento at this dealership 7 years ago and wanted to purchase a new one. I started researching new Kias about 6 months ago, and I have seen a lot of reasonable deals all over th years ago and wanted to purchase a new one. I started researching new Kias about 6 months ago, and I have seen a lot of reasonable deals all over the country. However, last Saturday (3/31/12), I happened to drive past Cobb County Kia and decided to stop in. I was able to walk the lot without any high pressure sales people approaching me, but when I was ready to talk, Darren Cureton was there to answer all of my questions. I found a vehicle I liked and scheduled an appt the next day to test drive when my husband was with me. Darren rode the test drive with us and answered my husband's questions as well. He was very calm and approachable, not the typical sales type I've dealt with in the past. Darren and the Sales Manager, Leonard Brooks, worked together to make an offer that was better than I've seen in the 6 months in which I have been working so 3 days later, I'm the proud owner of a 2011 Kia Sorento EX V6. Darren contacted me a few days post purchase to make sure everything was great! The staff at this dealership have gone above and beyond with both of my major purchase transactions - 2005 and 2012. I look forward to future purchases at Cobb County Kia! I recommend this dealership and Kias, in general, to everyone! Love them! More
