I recently purchased a Sorento from Kia in Kennesaw. my experience was awesome there. They treated me and my children so nicely. They gave them snacks and even played with them while I was talking through my deal!! The managers and the staff were very nice. I dealt mainly with Tim Woodall, but most call him Woody. He is the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. He is friendly, kind, and he will not pressure you into purchasing. He will give it to you straight and let you know if the deal is going to happen. However, his overall attitude and kindness is what I appreciated the most and why I felt confident in my purchase. They also "asked" me if I they could pull me credit! Mostly dealerships just pull it an shop you to 7 or 8 banks in a day. They told me they were only going to 3 banks and that is exactly what happened..no more or no less. That made me feel great! My experiences with dealerships are usually terrible, but not this one. They still keep in touch with me to check on me and I bought my car over 6 months ago. I will refer all of my friends and family to Kia, but most of all Woody!! He is the best, and you will not meet many like him!!! Go Woody!!!!!!!! More

Traditionally used car sales persons could be equated to the "snake oil peddlers" of days gone by however, the sales staff in the used car sales department at Cobb County KIA, I believe, were and are genuinely friendly who not only want to sell automobiles but give a client the very best service, bargain and advice possible.
