He listened to my wife and I about what we were looking for in a vehicle. He didn't try to steer us to a vehicle with more bells and whistles than we wanted or needed. He was very patient with us as we were having a difficult time compromising on model and equipment. He listed the pros and cons of each model which allowed us to make an educated decision. We purchased a new Sorento. The service advisor we met seemed genuinely pleased to meet us and to assist us if we had any problems with the Sorento. Normally dealing with a business manager is a long process before you finally get to drive out in your new car, but Cobb County KIA has their act together. The process was streamlined and quick. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

He answered my questions with great details and precision with a smile. Robert also understood my need to put some things off because of budgeting so he recommended a couple of "to do" ideas so that the funds could be allocated towards what I needed done at my next appointment. All OK But the Detail Shop Is A Joke! Purchased a new Optima SXL. Sales experience was satisfactory. Car is very nice but after 3 attempts cleanup shop left streaks, filthy windows inside Purchased a new Optima SXL. Sales experience was satisfactory. Car is very nice but after 3 attempts cleanup shop left streaks, filthy windows inside and out, missed some areas, and dirt on grill. Will have do myself or take it to a real detail shop. It's a shame too because this is a really nice car! More
