Wife and I were pre-approved and knew what we wanted, but kept getting the run around from other dealerships in the area. No one wanted to work with us because we had a trade in that carried some negative equity. Torris was different. He had an open mind. He came to work, TO WORK. He had a smile on his face, listened to our needs and wants, and gave us all of our options. Most of all, he respected us. When it came time to crunch some numbers, he and Blake did just that. We came pre-approved, but they were able to find us better rates to get our monthly payment within our budget. After spending most of the day, we purchased a minivan off the showroom floor!
