Sales person Kathleen Hansbrough was excellent! I had outgrown my KIA Soul and needed a truck for all the outdoor activities that I do. I wanted to stay with this dealership even though I was not go I had outgrown my KIA Soul and needed a truck for all the outdoor activities that I do. Spectacular! I got my very first car last October and it was a Kia Soul. The salesman were wonderful but the finance guy was bad. He rushed through our time in the finance office. He became irritated anytime that we tried to read anything before we signed. horrible experience I was given a quote for 4 tires at a price of $274 and decided to schedule an appointment with the same advisor. When I went in for the service, he t I was given a quote for 4 tires at a price of $274 and decided to schedule an appointment with the same advisor. When I went in for the service, he told me okay and it was going to take an hr. It was three hours until i came back without any calls or voicemails. Then the service advisor tells me they did not have tires on stock for that price anymore. The price changed to $370 now and thats with the discounted price. Im very dissatisfied with how unorganized and what should have been explained to me before wasting my time and expectations. More
