It was educating. I learned a lot about my situation. Arnold was great. He gave me options on a new vehicle verses a used vehicle for my situation. Goes above and beyond I had a stroke of bad luck and misfortunes caused by myself. I had my fair share of shady, swindling, and downright rude sales encounters...but then, I met Keely and the kind people of Cobb County Kia!!!! I spent weeks looking for the car of my dreams...a Fiat 500...and they had just 1!!! I walked in and from the beginning, I knew that was going to be the day I bought MY FIRST CAR. I recently experienced a series of life events that catapulted my life into "full speed ahead"; my finances, location, and relationship status all changed at once and suddenly I found myself getting over a long time driving phobia, finding an apartment and then a CAR! Keely understood all of that. We shared out fitness journey, family stories and everything in between. I told her where I was comfortable budget wise, and she and the magical Finance Gods made my dreams come true. They beat all other offers I'd seen previously, and gave me an AMAZING DEAL. I will be thankful for this experience for forever... I can't forget my experience with Mike in finance either!!! Easy, low-pressure buying experience. I traveled almost 70 miles on the Fourth of July holiday to see a Kia Optima that I found online. Over the course of the next four hours, I test drove I traveled almost 70 miles on the Fourth of July holiday to see a Kia Optima that I found online. Over the course of the next four hours, I test drove three cars and bought a different Optima. I told Zak at the beginning what my budget was and the only kind of car that I did not want to consider (a white one). He worked with his manager to pick out two cars that would meet my budget after I rejected the initial Optima that I had been considering. Zak made sure that we were tended to during the entire experience, apologizing when the process took longer than usual. I would gladly recommend this dealership and Zak to anyone considering buying a new or used car. More

With our first purchase he was brand new and just wonderful to work with. He is a born salesman ;-) Our last purchase was for a used car after my teenage son had an accident in our older Kia (he was ok and not fault thank goodness) but we were now tasked with finding a comparable replacement of our 2011 Kia which we was in great condition. James worked with me and as the stars were aligned when they had 2012, 1 owner great condition Kia Sorrento sitting on the lot. The Manager Jeff worked with me as we needed to wait for the insurance check so they held it for us for 2 weeks with a small good faith down payment. We appreciated them working with us and just nice to deal with a business that plays it straight with what they can do and not do. We thank them for working with us and we will be back for our next one some day :-) More
