well we bought our car 3 months ago. the sales guy was great! but during this time Mr. Elvis Pressley kept interupting, annoying as this was we accepted the fact that this man was rude, and bought the car great! but during this time Mr. Elvis Pressley kept interupting, annoying as this was we accepted the fact that this man was rude, and bought the car. 3 months later we finally received our tag documents, in these 3 months we got harrassed by our previous lender about our previous car, and collectors. when we would call everyone was always busy and there was AWLAYS and excuse. Finally I had enough and contacted Kia Headquarters, this did not do much and Pressley did not return our calls or the nice man at Kia headquarters. we got our tags and got told to go get our plate etc ourselves, way to treat your custumers. If you ask me they are NOT #1 in best service, but #1 in worst of EVERYTHING!!. We know where we will NOT go next time, or anyone else we know. More

Took a Forte SX fully loaded out on a very short test drive. Car was ok as it was sporty and handled nice but you felt every little bump. She wasn't to happy to hear we weren't buying that day and her attitude showed it. She was ok knowledgeable about the product. When we asked about rebates she didn't mention the 1,000 rebate that is on so there was $1,000 up on price. Also every car there had a paint and fabric protection package for $2,000 so now we are up $3,000 on the price of the car. I thought the paint and fabric protection scam went out in the 70's. I would not buy here. More
Took our Kia Amanti in for service (electrical problems) and it took them 1 MONTH to finally get it fixed. The may be able to handle oil changes but I wouldn't trust them with anything else. Took our Sorento in for a battery A/C check(it was not working). Battery was replaced. They told us we needed a new compressor for $700. I was skeptical of the diagnosis so had it evaluated at another repair facility for $30. They found a loose cable and it's working fine. I requested the $30 back and even went to the State Consumer Protection after their repeated refusals to refund the money. They stated they would have charged us $30 anyway(so they could replace a perfectly fine compressor). They never responded to the State and I never got the $30. BEWARE...this used to be Town Center Kia and they were just as bad. More

This is the first time that I am going to own a new car and I was hesitant at first because I thought all Salesmen will try to lure you into something that you don't need. I was proved wrong the minute I walked into Cobb County Kia. Tony Benge greeted us as soon as we got out from our car. He ask us what we need and introduced us to Elvis Presley. Elvis is a very jolly person that you would be at ease talking and joking around. We told him what we want and he introduced us to Tony Benge which is the BEST and his award will speak for that. Tony ask us what we want and he is not the type of person that sells you cars that you dont need. He really cares of what we WANT. He really listens to our situation and makes suggestions. I trust him right away because I know that he is really honest on what he says. He thoroughly went through all the specs and benefits of the car. After test driving over the weekend, I realized that I really loved the car so we went and closed the deal on Monday. Elvis and Tony were very helpful and considerate of our situation.
