I went to look at and purchase a 2010 Jetta TDI that had 100,000 miles on it. It was listed for sale at $13,000. The check engine light was on and they told me they would not be able to sell it until it got 100,000 miles on it. It was listed for sale at $13,000. The check engine light was on and they told me they would not be able to sell it until it got fixed and could pass an emissions test. After I test drove it they told me that the price would increase from what it was listed as because they had to replace the timing belt and also add in the parts and labor for the check engine light to be fixed. Well, in all actuality, another garage replaced the timing belt, not them. They were trying to raise the price of the car to $15,000 because they saw that I was interested in it. They are CROOKS and will never get my business. More
Took my car here for a detail and service. This is the worst KIA dealership I've been to by far. The price quoted for the part was initially lower than what they charged me. It took two days (2 days i was worst KIA dealership I've been to by far. The price quoted for the part was initially lower than what they charged me. It took two days (2 days i was inconvienced w/ no vehicle) to get the part that shouldve been ordered the week before during an oil change. The detail company that detailed my car screwed up the interior and upon an additional visit to get it repaired (which didn't get repaired). They again kept the car overnight. Supposedly the interior was inspected by the service associate AND the service manager who were "satisfied" with the poor attempt to fix what THEY screwed up. When I demanded to speak to a general manager or owner of the dealership I was brushed off and given more incompetent answers from another associate. Bottom line? DO NOT take your vehicle to this dealer unless you want your car mishandled and the service to be less than mediocre. -shelia Proud owner of a 2011 Kia Sportage More

I would like to be able to recommend this dealer, but I cannot. The initial sales experience was okay. Mo worked with me and negotiated to what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle I purchased, but I wa cannot. The initial sales experience was okay. Mo worked with me and negotiated to what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle I purchased, but I waited a long time to do the paperwork with the Business Manager. My complaint is that my temporary tag expires tomorrow, and I cannot register the car because the title has yet to be processed. This means that, in addition to one fruitless trip I've already made to the tag office and time spent on several phone calls with Daniel to no avail, I will now have to make at least 2 more trips to the tag office to get another temporary tag plus to pay the registration fee when and if they finally get the title processed. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever happen at all. I've even left 2 messages for the General Manager, and have yet to hear from him. It also seems to me that getting a title processed should be one of the simplest things they have to do, so if they can't even do that, what other weaknesses do they have? I had initially planned to have my Sorento serviced there, but now I will have to find another dealer to do that because I don't trust them. So bottom line on this dealer is that if you are looking for a good deal, you will probably get a good price there, but be prepared to deal with a lot of crap if you need anything from them after you walk out the door. Everything servicewise was great. The only thing bothering me, a senior citizen, was cost. Money is hard to come by for everyone, especially senior citizens. bothering me, a senior citizen, was cost. Money is hard to come by for everyone, especially senior citizens. More
The service dept. was good but I feel the prices are too high. I feel like sometimes they have you right where they want you and there is not much you can do about it. After all, you need to get your car fi high. I feel like sometimes they have you right where they want you and there is not much you can do about it. After all, you need to get your car fixed and can't do it yourself. For one thing I needed a new battery and at first they gave me a choice of a couple of different priced batteries. Naturally, the least expensive one was not in stock and not available. So I had to get the more expensive one. Go figure. More
Customer servvice sucks to say the least. Salesmen are not knowledgable about their products. Follow up is awful!!! Don't care about satisfiying the customer!! not knowledgable about their products. Follow up is awful!!! Don't care about satisfiying the customer!! More
First of all, whenever I called and left a message for Wally, he would never return my phone calls. Whenever I spoke to him and he had to get back with me, he never did. I always had to follow up myself Wally, he would never return my phone calls. Whenever I spoke to him and he had to get back with me, he never did. I always had to follow up myself or I would still be waiting on his call. Now we have the issue with the tag document. We bought our Optima 9 weeks ago and we STILL HAVEN'T received our tag documents. I have twice been by the dealership to get additional sticker dates for the temporary tag. Each time Elvis the manager, keeps giving me excuses as to why I don't have my tag yet. On the last visit there he said he would "walk it through himself to make sure everything went fine and that I should get my tag within a few days". That was two weeks ago and they still have done anything about it. I just called them and now they told me that I would have to go pick up my tag at the tag office myself and that they COULD NOT mail it to me like they have been telling me all along. This means that I have to take time out from my job and take care of this because they are such incompetent idiots. I plan to file a complaint with the state regarding their practices. Do youself a favor and stay away from Cobb County Kia. They are so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! More
I traded my car for a new car with Cobb County Kia only to find out 30 days later from my original finance company that they were never paid and I'm now past due. I contacted the GM to be told there are no to find out 30 days later from my original finance company that they were never paid and I'm now past due. I contacted the GM to be told there are no notes in the file of a payoff. I then pointed out to him that if that were true why is my lien holder info on the contract. Now the GM offered to add the payoff in a new loan or unwind the offer which could prove difficult since my original car was sold without a title to another consumer. Now two of us are involved in this mess. So please do not trade in a auto if you have a lien holder cause this is apparently a scam since it's been 3 days so far with not contact from Kia to correct their mess. I now have 2 car payments thanks to Cobb County Kia. Turning over to an Attorney More
