Pre own certified nightmare Purchased what was suppose to be a certified pre own. No way this car was inspected. This car has major squeaks and rattles and my brother found out that it had bent suspension parts on the rear. We have left messages with the general manager that have not been returned. So far the used car manager hasn't called as well. Be careful before purchasing a used certified vehicle. Have it checked out by someone else first. More

once the papers are signed, forget about customer service I've purchased 3 cars from them and the customer service is getting worse. It's strictly a numbers game to them...they don't care if they have to sell I've purchased 3 cars from them and the customer service is getting worse. Horrible Service Advisor Had a appointment today at CCK and my service advisor was Randy Morse As I was telling Randy Morse my problems he was telling me I was mistaken in th Had a appointment today at CCK and my service advisor was Randy Morse As I was telling Randy Morse my problems he was telling me I was mistaken in the years my car was serviced. He just seemed to get more upset with every question. Which I thought my questions were reasonable. Randy said he couldn't talk and type at the same time. Randy said if I asked another question he would refuse my service. I told him if you are not able to deal with the public you shouldn't be in a customer related field. He threw his hands up and said thats it and told me to leave. I asked to speak to Joe Carter the service manager and I was told he was in a meeting along with every other manager. I left then went to Metro Kia in Cartersville, very friendly and ended up saving $400 from what CCK had quoted me. Our family has been doing business with CCK since 2007 and their new personal does not do them justice. No manager ever called me back from CCK and I just found out why. Randy Morse my service advisor at CCW has a family member Chad Morse over the service department of three car dealerships including CCK. Please save time and money go see the nice people at Metro Kia. in Cartersville. Night and day difference. Thanks, Miles More

Not a satisfied customer I had my car towed to Cobb County Kia, on the 26th of June to be serviced. I was told by a gentleman named Clay that it would cost me around $120 to h I had my car towed to Cobb County Kia, on the 26th of June to be serviced. I was told by a gentleman named Clay that it would cost me around $120 to have my car looked at, and if I had my car fixed there that money will be deducted from the total. When I went to pick my car up after repairs I was told that amount was not deducted from the total, his exact words to me was that that cost just goes away. There is a distinct difference between having an amount being taken away from the total cost of a repair and having that cost just going away. My other issue is, that I took my car back Monday because my air conditioner wasn't working, I was told that I had to pay $120.00 for diagnostic test. I told the associate my air conditioning working fine when I bought my car in on Friday. He told me the technician had to get paid to service my car. He then told me where they put in the starter and were the air conditioner was not even close to each other, as if the technician could not have cause the problem with my air conditioner not working.
