Cobb County Kia, a great car buying experience! I went into the dealership just to look at some cars we had found online. I had already been to 2 other local dealers and left without a car, due to I went into the dealership just to look at some cars we had found online. I had already been to 2 other local dealers and left without a car, due to the "non"-customer service. Alex Williams was quick to greet me and immediately searched for the vehicles I had seen online. After test driving those and shopping their lot, I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima that my daughter fell in love with! The total purchase time was less than 2 hours! The customer service Alex provided was excellent, no pressure sales and educated us on the safety of the Kia brand. The finance process went really great, Chris Turner processed our paperwork quickly and explained everything thoroughly! I am grateful that we did go in on a whim and left with exactly what she wanted! We will be repeat customers! More

The whole process was great I live in the mountains of North Georgia and they allowed me to take the car that I eventually purchased home for the night.
